JS8Spotter Updated to v1.09b

Version 1.09b of JS8Spotter has been released. This version adds import/export to the Expect subsystem (thanks to Mike AE0SC and Blair W7HLM), an export button on the activity detail view, and maps for Australia and Indonesia (thanks to Tom VK5TOM).
